Staff Online Records Request (File Tracker)

Welcome to your new online Log Book. The File Tracker system will enable your school to manage your files online, requesting files from other schools and Central Office. You will be able to keep track of all your files coming and going online.

Records requests from non-JCPS schools must now be requested online. This includes private schools and out-of-county public schools. Click on the link to get into File Tracker, and choose the Out of County Record Request tab. Fill out the form, and click Submit.
