Third- through fifth-graders participating in the district’s “Literacy &” summer camps |
WHAT: |
will demonstrate for their families what they’ve learned. The camps, which are developed and coordinated by the Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) Office of Diversity, Equity and Poverty Programs, provide an opportunity for students to learn fun and challenging activities while strengthening their reading skills. The camps combine reading with character-building activities such as fencing, karate, hip hop, photography and yoga. |
