If an employee is positive for COVID-19 or flu, they should contact their school nurse or Health Services at 485-3387. Health Services phones are open from 5 a.m. - 8 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Sunday.
Free COVID-19 testing is available from health professionals at schools and district offices (LAM building, Camp Edwards and C.B. Young). Staff must have a consent form on file to participate in this testing. See more information and the link to the consent form.
Immediate Care Services are available for employees through a telemedicine clinic with Norton Healthcare. Employees have access to evaluation by a nurse practitioner. This can include onsite testing for flu and strep if needed. Health insurance is billed for the service. Visits are available in the Health Service office in the LAM building and facilitated by an onsite nurse. Call 485-3387 to schedule an appointment.
