EPES is a web-based accounting program used by school bookkeepers to track deposits and expenditures for school activity funds. Computer Education Support (CES) offers quarterly training for new bookkeepers in conjunction with the Internal Auditing Department. Full EPES training includes the following:
- Redbook procedures for school accounting
- Recording daily transactions
- Daily and monthly reporting
New bookkeepers should sign up for both the Redbook and Intro to EPES training sessions. Bookkeepers can print the abbreviated EPES Training Notes or download the full manual from the EPES Accounting website.
