Any JCPS employee can request language support via the Translator Interpreter Engagement (T.I.E.) system. To access T.I.E., each requester will need a login id and password. To obtain your login information, email us at email@example.com. Simply type T.I.E. Requester in the subject of the email and send. Later that day or the following work day, you will receive an email from Language Services containing your login information.
