The Jefferson County Board of Education (Board) is seeking applications for appointment to fill a vacancy on the Board representing District One (1), a seat formerly held by Diane Porter.

This form must be certified and signed by a representative of the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office. - Transcript evidencing completion of the twelfth grade or the results of a twelfth-grade equivalency exam (GED)
JCPS graduates may request their transcripts at https://jeffersonky.scriborder.com/.
Note: Due to FERPA, the federal privacy law governing educational records, JCPS cannot access transcripts of a graduate without consent).
