Welcome!

Hello 8th Grade Choir Majors!

I am so excited to welcome you back to Western Middle School for the Arts. I know starting on NTI makes things really different, and that's ok. For this class, we are going to spend some time getting caught up with one another, practicing our music literacy skills, and listening to a lot of different types of music. We'll also have some time to perform for one another, so get your favorite song and start practicing! (This is optional but I hope everyone eventually feels comfortable enough to sing for the class!)

This Google Site will serve as a point of contact from me, as well as your Google Classroom, Infinite Campus Messenger, and CNXT. Take some time to make sure your parents have the correct email in Infinite Campus, and that they have downloaded CNXT. All classwork will be through Google Classroom and all assignments will be posted on the calendar below.

During NTI, we will meet every Tuesday at 12:00PM. Please make sure you are on time, are dressed appropriately, and have finished your breakfast (no snacking in class.) The code for our classroom can be found in Gllgle Classroom. Class will be open by 11:55 every Tuesday.

I'm sure you have a lot of questions and are excited about returning to school. I will do my best to support you in any way I can during this transition. I'm looking forward to a great year with you all!
