At Blake, we have an amazing group of students actively involved in our Safety Patrol. We are proud to have dedicated 5th-grade students who serve our Blake community by helping to maintain safety at our school. They guide their fellow students (not traffic) before and after school.

In addition to their safety duties, our Safety Patrol also leads community service events and meets with our District Safety Administrators as well as officers from JCPS/ Louisville Metro Police Department. Bringing our Safety Patrol together with local law enforcement provides students with positive role models in our community and emphasizes the importance of public safety.
