Summer Athletic Opportunities

Dear Farnsley Families,

We’re excited to share several excellent opportunities for our student-athletes to stay active, develop skills, and prepare for the upcoming school year.


First Tee of Louisville – Summer Golf Programs
Golf is returning to Farnsley this upcoming school year, and there’s no better way to get a head start than through First Tee of Louisville’s summer camps. These programs are designed for both beginners and experienced golfers.

  • Free Development Tour available for beginning golfers

  • Programs run throughout the summer

  • Great opportunity to prepare for the 2025 season


Seneca High School Cheer Camp – June 10–14
Hosted by the Seneca Cheerleaders, this 5-day camp is full of spirit and skill-building. Open to current and aspiring cheerleaders of all levels.

  • Dates: June 10–14 | Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Cost: $150 (includes meals, t-shirt, bow, snacks, and activities)

  • Includes a slumber party, playground bonding, and final day showcase

  • Discounts available for families with multiple participants

Farnsley Football – Summer Conditioning Schedule
Voluntary summer conditioning for returning Farnsley students interested in playing football will be held on the following dates:

  • May: 28, 29

  • June: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21

  • Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM

Please Note: Incoming 6th graders and transfer students may not participate until July 10 in accordance with district policy.
The first official practice for all players will be held on July 14.

Conditioning is strictly optional but encouraged for players who want to prepare for the 2025 season.


These summer events offer great ways for students to grow, stay fit, and connect with teammates.
