All students ,who have not already, will need to turn in a new nurse consent form for the new school year in order to receive over-the-counter-medication or treatment from the nurse. This form will need to be filled out completely, printed and given to the nurse or emailed directly to the nurse at v.dstive1@jefferson.kyschools.us. For parents without access to a printer, I can provide a hard copy to their student.

Student attendance is crucial to academic success, and we are excited to encourage and celebrate excellent attendance throughout the school year!
Beginning Monday, August 10, 2026, we will launch our Perfect Attendance Monthly Incentive Program. At the end of each month, we will hold a prize drawing for students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. The prize wheel will be spun three times—once for each grade level.
Students with perfect attendance and no tardies during the month will be entered into the drawing. If their name is selected, they will be able to choose one of the following rewards:
Dress Down Pass
48 PBIS Points to use in the PBIS Store or for other PBIS activities
Gym Time
Patio Lunch
VIP Lunch Seating
One Free ID and Lanyard Replacement

Assigned Numbers: All students have officially been assigned car rider numbers.
Already Picked Up: If you attended registration, you should already have your tag!
Missed Registration? No problem! Students will be given their car rider tags in class on Thursday during 6th period.
🚦 Pickup & Traffic Directions
6th Grade Families & Carpools: Any student or carpool group that includes a 6th-grade student will use Exit 15.
Parking Lot Directions: Please pull directly into the side parking lot as directed by staff. 🅿️

I want to sincerely thank everyone who completed their Educational Benefits Form (EBF) during registration or before registration. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.
If you have not yet completed your EBF, please take a few moments to do so as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and support!
One of our goals this school year is to have a completed Educational Benefits Form (EBF) on file for every JCTMS student. We encourage all families to complete the form, regardless of whether your child qualifies for free or reduced-price meals.
Completing the EBF is quick, confidential, and helps our school receive valuable funding that supports student programs, resources, and services.

Student Chromebooks will be handed out to students on the following dates:
8th grade August 17th
7th grade August 19th
6th grade August 20th
✅Students must have a completed 26-27 Chromebook request form and Device Usage Agreement on file to receive their Chromebook. Please take time to complete this form.
✅All students will be issued a Chromebook, AC adapter, and a Chromebook case. 🚨Students are expected to carry their device in the school-issued Chromebook case.
📢Students who have outstanding Technology repair fees can use this QR code. Each repair costs $35.
📢Students with 2 or more outstanding repair fees will be designated “Day Use” students. Those students will not be eligible to take their Chromebook home from school. Once the fees are reconciled, students will be able to transport their devices home.
📢Students who did not turn in an AD adapter at the end of the school year will be expected to provide their own AC adapter or purchase a cord from JCTMS.
💲Used Cords $10 (Can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase)
💲New Cords $25.
