The JTown Book Drive is officially underway! We are collecting new and gently used books to donate directly to our local elementary schools. Your donations will help build classroom libraries and put books into the hands of future JTown students.
📍 Where to Donate: Look for the drop-off boxes located in front of all English classrooms. 🗓️ Deadline: We are accepting donations through Friday, April 24.

ACTION REQUIRED | We need to know how your child will get to and from school for the 2026-27 school year. The JCPS Transportation Verification (TV) form is now open. Every JCPS family must complete this form to let us know how your child will get to and from school.
The final day to request bus transportation for the first day of school is June 8, 2026. Eligible bus riders who fill out the Transportation Verification form by June 8, 2026, will be notified of their bus stop location in July via the JCPS Bus Teller. Our Freshman Academy students headed to the University of Louisville this week to get a firsthand look at campus life and explore the postsecondary opportunities waiting for them.
From touring the grounds to hearing about academic programs, our Chargers are already dreaming big and planning for life after graduation. It’s never too early to start building that path to success! 🎓🐎

✅ REMINDER | There is no school for students this Friday, April 3. Friday is a Professional Development Flex Day for staff. Students are also off April 6-10 for Spring Break.
