✅ SUPERINTENDENT SURVEY | The Jefferson County Board of Education wants to hear from the public as they search for the next superintendent of JCPS. With Dr. Marty Pollio retiring this summer, the board has begun the process of hiring his successor. To assist in this effort, board members are inviting the public to complete a survey that asks about the qualities and priorities they’d like to see from the next leader of JCPS.
Whether you’re a parent, student, staff member, community leader, or simply someone who cares about the future of JCPS and Louisville, your input is invaluable!
Take a few moments to fill out the survey and share your thoughts: bit.ly/jcps-superintendent-search

🌟 THANK YOU | We are so grateful to our Jefferson County Board of Education members for their tireless advocacy and unwavering dedication to JCPS.
Their passion for helping our students thrive is truly inspiring. Happy School Board Recognition Month!

Good morning, friends!
I wanted to pass along info about these free events for teens from LFPL in the hopes that you will share it with your students. I will be doing a lot of "LOVE my Library" programming in February-- including some pop-ups from our outreach at the Newburg branch. She will be in the building and helping students get updated library cards and connect with all the resources LFPL shares (from e-books and audiobooks, to reservations, to Hoopla)!
Everyone will get the opportunity to get a new library card, but let me know if you would like to plan a special session with your class to introduce all of the perks that come with it!
Always here to assist!
