And that’s not all… 🎉 JCPS has officially completed its districtwide migration from Microsoft Outlook to Gmail, powering stronger collaboration, innovation, and connection across our schools! Huge thanks to everyone involved for helping keep JCPS on the cutting edge.

Please complete the Comprehensive School Survey. If we get to 80% we will have ice cream for the students! We are currently only at 24% of guardians responding.
This needs to be filled out for each child in the household, not just one per family.
Even though we are closing, I will still get the results and use the information about school leadership to help me grow as an instructional leader. I would appreciate your feedback.
Thank you,
Mrs. Cravens

We will be here until 5:30 tonight to register any remaining students in grades K-4 for next year. If you haven't completed the enrollment form for next year, please come by or call the school today.

If you need a new car rider number, please let us know. We will happily get a new one for you.
Please fill out the Comprehensive School Survey. We currently have 16% of families complete. If we can get to 80% we will have ice cream for all of the students.
Remember, even though the school is closing in May we will still use this information. I will use the school leadership results to guide me as an instructional leader no matter where I am next year and the district will use the district leadership results to help guide them.

DELAYED START| All JCPS schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, February 2, 2026. Early Childhood classes are canceled for the day. All after school athletic events and extracurricular activities remain as scheduled. There is no change to dismissal times.
A delayed start will allow students to be at bus stops and walking to school in the daylight.

ZT Family,
As I am sure you have seen, we are going to be on NTI tomorrow, January 30, 2026.
Starting on Monday, we will be available for any family in grades K-4 that needs to enroll in a school for next year. Remember, we will have support on site until 5:30 pm this Wednesday, February 4, to assist families in this process as well.
Finally, if you haven't already done so, please fill out the Comprehensive School Survey. Even though ZT is closing at the end of the year, I will still get the data and use this information to grow as a school leader.
