5th Grade Gymnastics Showcase
Some of our 5th grade students have been participating in our Gymnastics Unit with Mrs. Pierce. Today they have their showcase at 1:30! We can't wait to see you!

All JCPS schools and buildings will open and operate as normal on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025. Our crews tested the water and air quality at all of our schools and buildings today and everything came back normal. Louisville Metro Government officials have also informed us that it is safe to reopen schools. Our thoughts remain with all those affected by Tuesday’s tragic plane crash.

PTA Membership Drive Runs Through 11/10/2025. We have 5 days left. only one membership per family. If you have multiple children at ZT, your membership will go towards all. You do not need to join for each child enrolled.

All homerooms with 100% membership will earn a pizza party from the PTA!!!

Dear JCPS families,

We appreciate your understanding as our schools and buildings are closed today while the city has implemented a necessary shelter-in-place due to last night’s tragic plane crash.

Today, our teams are checking the air and water quality at all of our schools and buildings. We are doing these checks out of an abundance of caution, as the safety of our students and staff is our top priority.

We know situations like what happened last night impact our students in different ways. Every JCPS school has a mental health team that is available to talk with students about how they are feeling. If your child would like support when we return to class, please reach out to their school.

IMPORTANT… PLEASE READ AND SHARE. Due to the stoppage of SNAP benefits we are stepping up to help our ZT families. All this week we are having a food drive. If you have items you could donate, please bring them to school between 7:30 and 3:30 this week. Help Our Falcons Soar! 🥫 What to Donate: We are collecting non-perishable food items. Think of things that are easy for students and families to use. * Canned Goods: Canned tuna/chicken, beans, soup, vegetables, fruit (in light syrup or juice). * Pantry Staples: Peanut butter, jelly, pasta, pasta sauce, rice, cereal, oatmeal, Velveeta style mac & cheese boxes. * Healthy Snacks: Granola bars, crackers, fruit cups, applesauce pouches. * Drinks: Shelf-stable milk boxes, juice boxes.
