As we roll into another exciting week, we are looking forward to a fantastic Friday packed with special events that bring our school community together. First, be sure your students remain in dress code and bring their brightest smiles for Picture Day this Friday! The excitement continues Friday evening 6 - 8 PM with our long-awaited Crosby Carnival, where families can enjoy fun, games, and wonderful memories together. Make sure to provide students with cash to purchase tickets @ 50 cents each. Most games cost 1-2 tickets.
Inside the classroom, our students continue to shine by living out our ROAR expectations, showing respect, taking ownership, keeping a positive attitude, and staying ready to learn. Make sure to ask your students how they have been spending their PBIS Rewards Points.
You can track all of their effort and academic growth when 9-week grade reports are posted on the Parent Portal by the end of the week. We look forward to seeing everyone having a blast at the carnival Friday night! CLICK HERE for more slides:

Crosby Families,
This week, we are focusing on building strong habits at home by encouraging all of our students to read every single day. Just 15 to 20 minutes of daily reading boosts vocabulary, sharpens focus, and builds a lifelong love for learning. Please support your child by setting aside dedicated reading time each evening!
To keep our learning environments focused and engaging, we are also asking for your partnership at home with a couple of quick campus reminders. We’ve recently noticed an uptick in cell phone violations, so please remind your student that devices must remain off and put away from 8:00 AM to 3:20 PM. Additionally, please ensure all squishy toys and gel toys stay at home, as they have become a major distraction in our classrooms.

Welcome back from Fall Break. We hope you and your students enjoyed a restful and refreshing fall break. As we start the week, our focus is on re-establishing daily routines and expectations to help our middle schoolers transition smoothly back into the groove. Teachers are bringing hands-on, engaging lessons to the classroom and collaborating closely to support every student's growth.

First and foremost huge shoutout to all of our parent and guardian volunteers. We had another successful color run thanks to our amazing PTSA. All of our participants had a blast! We can’t thank you enough for your kind donations and efforts that will continue to enhance students experiences this year.
As we approach the end of the term and prepare for parent-teacher conferences this week, we want to share how we are partnering with your child to support their ongoing academic growth.
Our teachers and staff is focused on helping students take ownership of their learning through Standards-Based Grading (SBG) and timely, meaningful feedback. When students learn to track their own progress and set personal goals, they build accountability and confidence that last far beyond the classroom.
