Hartstern Dental Clinic !
We are excited to share that our school dental clinic with School Smiles began yesterday and will continue through Monday to ensure all of our scheduled scholars are seen.
Parents and Guardians if we reach out to you for additional information regarding your scholar, we kindly ask that you respond at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your support in helping us keep our scholars healthy and smiling!

Families and students are invited to wear traditional cultural attire to honor and showcase the rich traditions of Hispanic and Latino heritage. Parents & Guardians A JCPS Student Residency Form will be coming home with your child in this weeks Wednesday folder. This form helps the district identify if your family qualifies for extra support and resources.
If it applies to your family’s situation, completing this form may provide access to:
✅ Educational rights and protections under the McKinney-Vento Act
✅ Transportation assistance to and from school
✅ School supplies, clothing, and other needed resources
✅ Support for students in foster care or experiencing housing transitions
Please take a few minutes to review the form when it comes home. All information shared will be kept strictly confidential.
Your response helps ensure every student has the tools and support they need to succeed!

The Hartstern Family Resource Center is working on the next two year grant cycle and need your input. This is a brief survey to assess the needs of our students and families. All responses are confidential and the data is used for completing the needs assessment for the FRYSC Grant.
