🌟 You Matter Institute at Hartstern Elementary Tomorrow 🌟
Join us on tomorrow Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 6:00–7:30 PM for an interactive evening focused on mental health and self-care for both you and your scholar! Together, we’ll explore fun and relaxing activities designed to support wellness, confidence, and positive thinking.
Activities include:

✅ Vision Boards
✅ Affirmations
✅ Yoga
We can’t wait to see our families come together to celebrate the importance of mental health and remind everyone—You Matter! 💫





We’re excited to announce that choir club is beginning in October! Rehearsals for our 3rd–5th grade scholars will be held on Wednesday mornings from 8:30am–9:10am starting on October 15th!
Families can sign up using the QR code on the flyer, and paper sign-up sheets will also be coming home for your convenience.

💉 Hartstern Vaccine Clinic
Hartstern Elementary will be hosting a Vaccine Clinic on October 10th, 2025 for our Scholars! Vaccine consent forms will be sent home this week. Please complete the form and return it to school so your scholar(s) can receive their vaccines during the clinic. Let’s work together to keep our scholars healthy and safe!





Parents and Guardians, this is a reminder that Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place this Wednesday. If you have not yet scheduled a conference, please reach out directly to your scholar’s teacher to arrange a time. Parents/Teacher Conferences are optional.
