Due to the heat advisory and temperature measurements on our school campus, we will not be able to participate in the Gaslight Parade this afternoon. We are not in the hottest part of the day and persistently hot temperatures are expected until after our required report time for the parade. A recent web bulb reading this afternoon on campus placed us in the category that stops all outside activities. Later this evening our web bulb readings on campus may allow other activities to occur. Please check with your student’s coach or sponsor for activities that are scheduled to occur after 6:30 p.m.
