Thank you so much for a successful arrival and dismissal on Day 1. Here are few friendly reminders for PM dismissal today and AM arrival on Monday:

• Have yellow car rider tags hanging or visible during car rider. They are also needed for walker door.
• If your student is a walker, there can be NO parking on school property during AM or PM dismissal.
• If you park on Hawthorne Avenue, you CANNOT block driveways. Neighbors are advised to call police if needed.
• Students have transportation tags on their backpacks. These MUST stay on their backpacks for the entire year. If there’s a change in backpack, please transfer the tag!
• Our AM car rider line is long! Please consider Assumption High School traffic when you arrive. We open the line at 8:10. We close the line at 8:35 and will begin this on Monday. From 8:35-8:40, you can drop off at the front of the school. After 8:40, parents/guardians MUST walk in and sign in their student.

We appreciate your attention to this and your partnership. It truly takes a village for elementary school transportation success- thank you!

¡Muchísimas gracias por una llegada y salida exitosas en el primer día de clases! A continuación, le compartimos algunos recordatorios importantes para la salida de la tarde de hoy y la llegada del lunes por la mañana:
• Tenga la etiqueta amarilla de pasajeros en auto colgada o visible durante la línea de autos. También se necesita para recoger en la puerta de caminantes.
• Si su estudiante es caminante, NO se permite estacionarse en la propiedad de la escuela durante la llegada o la salida.
• Si se estaciona en la calle Hawthorne Avenue, NO puede bloquear las entradas de vehículos. Se ha notificado a los vecinos que pueden llamar a la policía si es necesario.
• Todos los estudiantes tienen una etiqueta de transporte en sus mochilas. Estas etiquetas deben permanecer en la mochila durante todo el año escolar. Si su hijo(a) cambia de mochila, por favor transfiera la etiqueta.
• Nuestra línea de autos por la mañana es larga. Considere el tráfico de Assumption High School al planificar su llegada.
