ACTION REQUIRED | We need to know how your child will get to and from school for the 2026-27 school year. The JCPS Transportation Verification (TV) form is now open. Every JCPS family must complete this form to let us know how your child will get to and from school.
The final day to request bus transportation for the first day of school is June 8, 2026. Eligible bus riders who fill out the Transportation Verification form by June 8, 2026, will be notified of their bus stop location in July via the JCPS Bus Teller. JCPS families came together last week for an evening filled with food, games, and hands-on self-care resources designed to help everyone discover simple, meaningful ways to create inner peace. From laughter and connection to practical tools to take home, this event was all about caring for ourselves and each other.
Because when families feel supported, our whole community grows stronger.

To connect to the story, students built pinwheels inspired by William Kamkwamba’s windmill that helped save his village in Malawi from drought. Innovation in action!

Students selected topics from Ancient Greece, researched primary and secondary sources, developed historical claims, and presented their findings to the class—bringing history to life and sharing what they discovered along the way.
