This past school year marked the first season of the JCPS Middle School Boys Volleyball League. Eight schools had a team, and Kammerer Middle School was one of them. The players say they underestimated how challenging the sport would be, but they found a new passion.

When Ainsley Ogg started high school four years ago, her goal was to be a part of the duPont Manual High School marching band. The odds of that happening seemed slim because Ainsley is a full-time wheelchair user. But Manual’s band director helped make Ainsley’s dream a reality.
