Bidders shall comply with the Jefferson County Board of Education's (JCBE's) policies concerning equal opportunity as defined in Article VI of all district contracts. This provision prohibits discrimination by any successful bidder, and noncompliance with this article will result in contract termination. The JCBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
