When a fellow Yellowjacket needed help, students in the Central High School STEM program put their heads together and printed Braille signs so he could find his way to the right classes.

To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Two Fairdale High School students are visiting elementary schools and reading from a book that they wrote and illustrated. The book tells the story of a young girl, Ximena, and the challenges she faces and overcomes as she starts a new school year.

Eastern High School freshman Cade Wilson is already making a name for himself on the golf team. Last year, as an eighth grader, he competed for a state championship. Now, he's jelling with an experienced varsity golf team.
